Government: RFQ Compliance Auditor & Bid Grader
A public-sector procurement compliance audit and bid evaluation agent. Given an RFQ/RFP document and a vendor proposal (attached files or public links), it builds the register of mandatory requirements, scrubs the proposal line by line with page citations, scores technical merit on four criteria, checks pricing against the stated budget ceiling or IGCE, and drafts an evaluation board report plus clarification questions. It only evaluates documents you give it.
What it needs
Attach or link the RFQ/RFP and the vendor proposal (PDFs or public URLs). Example: "audit bid bid-091.pdf against RFQ-2026.pdf". Without both documents the agent stops and asks for them.
